  • Any accounts or instruments used as collateral by your institution or third parties in any financial transaction.

This audit request includes full transparency of your double-entry accounting records where:

  • My signature was used to create any security or credit (Promissory Note, Loan Agreement).

  • The funds were generated through fractional reserve or debt-based ledger entries under my estate.

  • The bank has treated the living man as a debtor instead of a creditor, in violation of trust and fiduciary duties.
